Hard work does pay off

I know I have been away from blogging for a while now and I want to apologize for that.  One of my major goals in 2016 is to blog more and share my journey with you all.  So what have I been up to?

Well first I have been taking time and focusing on myself, getting myself in better health mentally and physically.  I am proud to say that I have lost right at 80 pounds!!  I have a long way to go to reach my goal but I have never felt better.  It is amazing how your physical wellness can impact your mental wellness.  I have never been in a better spot in my life and so very thankful for that.

Second, I have been busting my butt traveling all over the country networking and doing photo shoots.  I am constantly trying to grow my business and provide more services to help you the client build your brand.  That is my number 1 goal when I do a photo shoot.  How can I help this client build their brand in a unique and creative way.   In the past year I have continued to build my skill set, partnered with the Small Business Guru at http://ellisbenus.com/ to provide all your small business web needs.  I have also started offering videography services to all my clients.  Do you need a promo video done?  Commercial for your training business?  We can now provide that to you!

Lastly and one of the most exciting developments of the year is that I started working with Jack Titone at Titone Midwest Muscle Contest's.  What does this mean exactly?  I am now the exclusive photographer and videographer for all the NPC Midwest shows in 2016.  Jack and Ann have built an amazing team and I am honored to be a part of it.  Their shows are second to none!!

So that is what has been going on in my world.  I promise to keep you guys updated more and can't wait to see what 2016 brings!

Be inspired, be transformed!

Last year I had the amazing opportunity to help tell a friend of mines story.  Jenny Fehrenbacher overcame catastrophic loss and took control of her life again.  She won the transformation division at the 2014 Oklahoma City WBFF Competition and is now ready to help you overcome your struggles and transform.  She is the newest Transformer at Hitch Fit Personal Training in Kansas City, Missouri.  Check out her story and more at http://fitandfirmmag.com/
